We will E-mail you the paperwork you can fill it out at home, bring it with you on your appointment day, sign in and we will take you to have your exam.
No need to sit and wait.
Upon completion of your exam, you will receive a disc with your exam on it to bring to your referring Dr.
A thorough report will be generated by our Radiologist and sent to your Dr. within 24 hrs
